In an off-market approach that ran on for over 3 years, we successfully executed the purchase from AXA Investment Managers.

Working on behalf of Aldi, we identified a planning-restricted retail/PFS development site on Edgware Road in Little Venice. Collaborating closely with the landlord, we proposed a solution to enhance the efficiency of the commercial space and pave the way for Aldi to occupy on a subject-to-planning basis.
This project involved the acquisition of a vacant Morrisons Supermarket by a developer client at the request of Aldi in order to deliver part of the space for an Aldi supermarket.
