We provide advice on how to best tailor a development with an end purchaser in mind bringing together design, tenant mix, leasing structure, rental and funding advice for clients and have delivered multiple mixed use developments that have subsequently be sold to Institutional Investors.
INVESTMENT
Our agency intel provides a step ahead in the investment market, our occupier intelligence enables a purchaser or vendor to have confidence in a transaction. We often will know about a potential investment opportunity ahead of the general market due to one of our occupier clients forming the income stream of the created investment.
